Carmelo Caruana Appoints Michael Conti as Managing Director

Michael brings with him a strong track record in operational leadership and commercial development across the logistics and maritime industries. With experience spanning over 15 years, Michael has held senior roles in transport, shipping, and logistics — most recently serving as General Manager at Bianchi Group. He has consistently driven business transformation, operational efficiency, and client service excellence throughout his career.
