Brady was appointed Agency & STS Operations Manager at Carmelo Caruana Company Ltd in 2012, bringing years of hands-on experience in vessel and port operations.

He began his career in the shipping industry in 2005 as a Boarding Agent with I.R.I.S.L. (Malta) and joined Carmelo Caruana in 2006 in the same role. In 2008, he was promoted to Assistant Agency Manager, specialising in tramper vessels and ship-to-ship operations. Brady has built a solid reputation for operational efficiency, attention to detail, and strong client coordination across maritime logistics.
