Michael Conti

Michael was appointed Managing Director of Carmelo Caruana Company in 2024. Based in Malta, he oversees the business development, agency, warehousing, and finance functions. He is responsible for identifying, developing and following through new business opportunities, whilst maintaining healthy business relationships with existing clients to grow the customer portfolio. Michael holds over 20 years of experience in shipping and logistics, and joined the company from Bianchi Group where he was Shipping General Manager for two years. He was appointed to the Board of Directors at STS Marine Solutions in 2025.
