Sean joined Carmelo Caruana Company Ltd in December 2022 as a Warehouse Operative and was promoted in 2025 to Warehouse Operative Area Leader.

Based at Malta Freeport, he oversees daily warehouse operations, coordinates cargo handling, and supports transportation and logistics activities. Sean plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring smooth cargo flow through the Freeport facility.
