Shawn began his maritime career in 2009 with Carmelo Caruana as a Boarding Agent, building strong expertise in vessel operations, port procedures, and ship agency services. After gaining experience across various roles, he returned to the company in 2021 as an Agency Representative and progressed to Agency & STS Operations Supervisor in 2023, specialising in tramper vessels and ship-to-ship operations.
Since July 2026, Shawn has been serving as Business Development Executive, supporting the growth of the Agency, Warehouse, and Freight Forwarding divisions by strengthening client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored logistics solutions that uphold Carmelo Caruana’s commitment to service excellence.
