Shawn Sullivan

Shawn began his maritime career in 2009 with Carmelo Caruana as a Boarding Agent, gaining first-hand experience in vessel operations and port procedures. Over the years, he expanded his expertise through a variety of roles both within and beyond the shipping industry, building a well-rounded professional background.

In 2021, Shawn returned to Carmelo Caruana as an Agency Representative and was promoted to Agency & STS Operations Supervisor in 2023. In this role, he specialises in tramper vessels and ship-to-ship operations, ensuring each port call is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. He is dedicated to maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners while upholding operational excellence across all assignments.
